Spantik ships with FedEx, UPS, Amazon Carrier and USPS for our deliveries.

Processing Orders & Shipping

Shipping Area

Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Spantik.us doesn’t ship internationally.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Spantik as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at ask@spantik.us to make arrangements for reshipment.

Cancelled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting ask@spantik.us. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
